Ride the North has a few little changes for next years event. Ride the North celebrates the love of cycling, and rather than a race is a truly fantastic cycle challenge with peers or alone! The ride is designed to celebrate the love of cycling and the incredible scenery of the North and North East of Scotland. There will be refreshment stations every 20-30km and opportunities to explore welcoming new communities throughout your challenge. As always, the route will be on the back-roads of North East Scotland, in the foothills of the Grampian Highlands in Aberdeenshire and Moray. A truly stunning part of the world which is home to a number of the UK’s highest mountains. The terrain can be challenging in places but this is a cycle challenge that attracts a wide spectrum of cyclists, and is designed to be achievable.
