Will you join Scotland’s Fundraising Heroes and supercharge your fundraising with one of our exciting new challenges?
You can fight back against loneliness, stop fear in its tracks and keep people alive for longer – all from your own home, garden or local area!
You can help make sure people with chest, heart and stroke conditions always have a hero to turn to, so no one has to fight coronavirus alone.
Set yourself up on your own beastly obstacle course or training circuit and get sponsored to sweat it out to help others! We have Badass Beast ideas for those who want to challenge themselves with a serious superhero work out, and Tame the Beast ideas for those looking to take on a creative beastly adventure. Set up a justgiving page and get fundraising or donate £5 and tag 5 friends to take on the challenge next!
Let’s do it!
Whether it’s a soggy bottom sponge or show stopping signature cake, your bake can make a real difference!
Follow this easy recipe for success
Select your star bakers Either your family of mini chefs, go solo (more cakes for you!) or host a virtual bake party.
What’s your go-to signature bake? Choose to bake up a storm or fake it until you make it with simple recipes.
On your marks, get set, bake! And why not put on some music to bake to? Sweet Like Chocolate, Sugar, Candyman or any sweet songs that give you bake-spiration!
The winner bakes it all! Who baked it best? And remember to send us snaps of your best (and worst!) creations by tagging us @CHSScotland on Twitter, Instagram and Facebook.
Get ‘crunching’ the numbers Ask your friends and family to cough up the dough for your creative cakes, marvellous muffins and sensational scones!

Get quizzical – Create a quiz about your friendship over the years and put your pals to the test!
Keep the party going! Is there a favourite club or pub you’re all missing? Relive your party nights and bring the DJ and dancefloor to your living room – quarantini themed drinks optional!
Top tip! Remember to create your ultimate party playlist, U Can’t Touch This, I Want To Break Free and Don’t Stop Believing are top lockdown hits!
Are you a cut above the rest? Will you brave the shave so that people with chest, heart and stroke conditions can continue to have the vital support they need?
Your luscious locks could mean a lifeline to someone who is anxious and scared about living with their condition. With this hair-raising challenge you can provide someone with comfort and support during their toughest days.
Be the hero Scotland needs right now and start planning to Brave The Shave today!
As well as sharing your fundraising page with all your friends and family, don’t forget to share your pre and post shave pictures! We’d love to see them and hear about why you’re supporting Chest Heart & Stroke Scotland.
Could you brew up some funds and donate the cost of your cuppa? Whether you can give a latte right now, or just a few beans, all that you donate will make a big difference to people in Scotland.
Can you brew up some tea-rriffic funds?
It’s a piece of cake! You can choose to simply donate your one-off brew, or an entire month of beverages, cakes or anything you’re mocha-ing a saving on during lockdown.
Can you mocha some more? Ask your friends and family to donate and watch your donations pour in.
Everything I brew, I brew it for you! Tag us @CHSScotland and tell us why you’re donating to Chest Heart & Stroke Scotland – espresso yourself!
Think you can do a latte more? If you’re buzzing to do more, have a look at our Superhero fundraising pack.
Could you give up one of your guilty pleasures for a month all in the name of supporting others to live life to the full?
For just one month we want you to give up something you love so that we can be there for someone you love.
What you give up is entirely up to you! Do you whine for wine, go coco(a) for chocolate, or find it a trifle hard to skip dessert? If crisps are your vice we want you to packet in. If you can’t stop swearing it’s time to shut the cuss up!
Give It Up for one month and every penny you raise will mean vital support for some of the most vulnerable people across Scotland. You can ask people to sponsor you to Give It Up and remember – and just in case of any slip ups across the month, set yourself a penalty charge for breaking the rules!!
There’s loads of ways you can help raise money, so find the ways that work best for you.
