This Edinburgh University Dept of Clinical Psychology project aims to evaluate the impact of nature walks for older adults. The project will meet this aim by exploring the impacts of different walks on various psychological measures such as depression and anxiety. The hope is that it leads to a widely available wellbeing intervention.
