Glasgow Aesthetic Practitioner to Hold Charity Treatment Day in Memory of Beloved Granny 25 August 2026 A Glasgow Advanced Aesthetic Practitioner is holding a charity treatment day in memory of her granny, who she describes as her “best friend” and biggest supporter later this year. Megan McCrimmon, who runs the Enhancement Clinic on Springfield Road, will host the fundraiser on September 15th, donating 100% of every penny raised to Chest Heart & Stroke Scotland and covering all product and treatment costs herself. The day will include 10 discounted aesthetic and skincare treatments, with a combined value of around £1,500. Megan lost her granny, Rosemary, unexpectedly on 17 September 2025. Megan hopes by holding the fundraiser just before that anniversary she can honour her granny. Megan, 31, said: “Rosemary was a devoted mum to Michelle and Mark, a much-loved Granny to Barry and Megan, and a cherished Great-Granny to wee Barry and Kian. Family meant everything to Rosemary. She was the heart of our family, and we were incredibly lucky to have had her in our lives. “My granny always taught me that kindness costs nothing. She believed that everyone deserved to be treated with compassion, respect and dignity, and she lived by one simple principle: treat people the way you would want to be treated yourself. “She was the most selfless, caring and genuine person I have ever known. If I become even half the woman she was, then I know I will have done something right in life. I love her and miss her every day.” Megan added: “Although nothing will ever bring my granny back, I wanted to do something positive in her honour that could genuinely make a difference to other people and other families. “If this charity day can help even one person affected by stroke, heart or chest conditions, then it will all be worthwhile.
