Chest Heart & Stroke Scotland Launches Exclusive New Tartan 09 May 2025 Chest Heart & Stroke Scotland is delighted to announce an exclusive collaboration with ScotlandShop that will see a stunning new tartan bearing the charity’s name going on sale. The bespoke plaid of blue, green, purple and white features a single pink line that represents the 1 in 5 people who live with a chest, heart or stroke condition or Long Covid in Scotland. Stroke survivor Fiona Dickens (pictured) was proud to sport the tartan at a special photo shoot to celebrate the launch at the Kelpies in Falkirk. Fiona from Direlton in East Lothian was supported by Chest Heart & Stroke Scotland after she had a stroke 15 years ago which left her with mobility issues and with the communication disorder, aphasia. The Chest Heart & Stroke Scotland tartan also reflects the fact that all the money raised in Scotland by the organisation stays in Scotland. The exclusive CHSS tartan designed in collaboration with ScotlandShop ScotlandShop will help boost vital fundraising efforts with 10 percent from every sale donated to Chest Heart & Stroke Scotland. Bespoke items such as scarves, kilts and dresses can also be ordered from ScotlandShop online now with more available in CHSS stores from October 2025. The first range of items featuring the specially designed tartan include tartan-packaged tea bags and aprons will be available in some of CHSS stores to coincide with our major fundraising event for 2025, the Tartan Tea Party, which takes place on May 21.
