Community Health Volunteer
We need you to help us be the face of prevention in your local area, either out in the community or supporting us in our Health Defence hubs. With you on board we can deliver basic health assessments, and continue to spread those vital healthy lifestyle messages to people who can benefit the most. This will help ensure there is No Life Half Lived in Scotland.

Not all of our Health Defence services are available face-to-face across the rest of Scotland but we do have virtual options available and we are always open for a chat.
Our Health Information resources are available to help you understand and manage your chest, heart or stroke condition, as well as find out more about how to live well and make healthy changes to your daily life.
The resources are available to download online from our Resources Hub, or you can order printed versions to be delivered straight to your door.
