Fundraising events going ahead as planned 12 March 2020 Today, the Scottish Government announced that mass public gatherings of over 500 people are to be cancelled to reduce the pressure on emergency services because of coronavirus. We would like to reassure you that currently ALL our fundraising events are going ahead as planned. The vast majority involve less than 500 people, and those above that threshold are later in the year. So, what we’ve decided to do with our big events is to wait and see what Scottish Government’s detailed guidance says on Monday.
