We have Badass Beast ideas for those who want to challenge themselves with a serious superhero work out, and Tame the Beast ideas for those looking to take on a creative beastly adventure. Badass Beast

To declare victory over the Badass Beast you need to set yourself an obstacle course or circuit of at least 10 stations! These are just some badass beast ideas but feel free to add your own and adjust the numbers and sets to suit a challenge to your level of fitness.

  • 20 pulls ups
  • 20 mountain crawlers
  • 20 burpees
  • 20 jumping jacks
  • 20 bench dips from a chair
  • 20 sit ups
  • 20 press ups
  • 20 squats
  • Duck walk the length of the garden
  • Bear crawl the length of the garden
  • Bear crawl backwards back to the start!
  • Plank for 30 seconds between sets

Tame the Beast

If you’re looking to get creative with your household items we would LOVE to see your creations and have a few ideas below to get you started. Tackle as many as you dare – or as many as your imagination can come up with.

  • Mud station – get muddy and don your war paint to make sure you look the part!
  • 15 bicep curls with a tin of beans
  • 10 arm circles holding bottles of water – and back the other way!
  • Ice bath dunk – in your paddling pool / bath!
  • 15 jumps over a toilet roll wall
  • Limbo under a balanced broom
  • 20 boxing jabs into a pillow
  • 10 times up and down stairs with a rucksack full of clothes
  • 15 recipe book lifts above your head
  • Throw 10 pairs of socks into the wash basket from across the room
