Advice, support and information
Voices Scotland has developed a pathway and model for a integrating public involvement into a service or MCN which will help staff have the voice of the public at the heart of their work.
As part of the Voices Scotland workshops you are shown how to present a chosen issue that you are wanting to feedback to staff in order to improve a service.
By presenting this issue in a concise and evidence based manner you will help persuade a committee or group to take action to make the improvements you have suggested.
The following section provides you with links to appropriate documents and websites to help you build this strong, coherent case by quoting from them as references to support your argument.
This section will also outline various tools which will help you to gather people's views.
The Public Involvement Guidance for Staff brings together both strategic and practical steps toward achieving effective public involvement.
