The role of the Stroke Education Facilitator is to plan and deliver appropriate and evidence based training in stroke for health and social care staff, internal staff and service users. The service is provided in partnership with NHS Grampian and aims to ensure all individuals caring for people affected by stroke have the suitable knowledge, skills and confidence to fulfil their role and enhance the quality of services.

We are seeking an individual who is organised, motivated, with good communication skills and who has experience in teaching/ training or mentoring.  Candidates must have a first level nursing / AHP qualification and evidence of continued professional development.

Access to a car is essential.
This is a Fixed Term 1 year contract.
