This manager post is new, with an exciting portfolio and will be key to implementing our new strategy No Life Half Lived. The Regional Manager will be responsible for the operational management within the Clinical & Partnership Services team covering a geographical area within Scotland.

We are seeking an individual who has experience in leading geographically dispersed teams; supervising and developing a diverse range of staff and volunteers; managing the delivery of personalised services with a human based approach.  You will be an experienced, highly motivated and dynamic leader. You will also have the ability to motivate, engage, inspire and develop staff to achieve their best and manage change in a positive and constructive manner. You will have experience of negotiating and influencing, combined with an ability to develop and manage relationships across a broad spectrum of stakeholders.

Candidates must have a recognised professional qualification within heath and/or social care with relevant managerial experience.

Willingness to work flexibly and travel within Scotland is essential.
