You will be responsible for ensuring all administration is handled promptly and courteously, adhering to our high standards of Donor Care, working with other members of the Donor Care Team and Fundraising Department as required.
You should have some experience of working with a CRM database (if it is Raisers Edge, even better!), be able to prioritise your workload and stay focused in a busy open plan environment.
You will also have excellent written and verbal communication skills and feel comfortable talking to bereaved donors, both on the phone and face-to-face on a regular basis.
