We are looking for a target-driven, adaptable and hard-working Regional Retail Support Manager to join the Retail Management Team on a 12 month contract.

Your primary role will be supporting the Regional Retail Manager – West and the Retail department in the West of Scotland area.

As a member of the Retail & Trading Operations leadership team, you will assist the Head of Retail Field Operations and the Retail Regional Managers in the delivery of the agreed strategy through:

  • Management of the continued growth of the chain;
  • Delivery of financial targets

The Regional Retail Support Manager (RRSM) has a particular responsibility for assisting a Regional Retail Manager (RRM) in ensuring regional and individual shop targets are met by:

  • Providing advice and guidance on commercial decision making and processes and procedures.
  • Assisting with staff development through the provision of training
