Outreach Communication Partner

We require volunteers to support our service users to access the service delivery of their choice.

Service delivery can be very diverse and varies from support within a hospital ward, to individuals' goals which will enable the service user to build confidence in the home or community group setting.

The level of involvement can be adapted as necessary as we require volunteers to provide appropriate levels of communication support which will enable patients who have had a stroke to resume conversation activities in a hospital environment and / or within their own home or the local community.
