Events Volunteering

Runners at the Glenlivet 10k

General Information

At Chest Heart & Stroke Scotland we are always looking for teams of volunteers to help support our work at events throughout the year. We have a wide range of volunteering opportunities for individuals, and teams, that can be undertaken on a regular basis or as a one–off volunteering day.

Every year we organise a wide range of fundraising events to help us raise the £7 million we need to continue our work. At these events volunteer roles include marshalls, admin support, guides and announcers. Full briefings plus refreshments are provided.

For more information about our events please see our fundraising pages or our facebook page.

We currently have more than 20 charity event challenges around Scotland which help us to raise the funds we need to provide our services.

Following on from the success of our events, and the involvement of volunteers assisting us to manage these events, the money raised from our range of challenges helps us to support services within your local area.
