• Long Term Conditions Collaborative: Improving Self Management Support (2009)

• Gaun Yersel: The Self Management Strategy for Long Term Conditions in Scotland (search on website for document)
  Launched in 2008 by the Long Term Conditions Alliance Scotland (LTCAS)and the Scottish Government, the Self Management Strategy is informed by the lived experiences of people with long term conditions.

• Better Health Better Care (2007)
  This Action Plan sets out the Government's programme to deliver a healthier Scotland by helping people to sustain and improve their health, especially in disadvantaged communities, ensuring better, local and faster access to health care.
• Delivering for Health (2005)
  Scottish Executive response to the 'Kerr Report', detailing the main actions the government will take, within current spending plans, to implement the recommendations.
• Partnership for Care (2003)
  A focus on partnership working and patient focus to redesign the NHS.

  Progress Report on Implementation of Coronary Heart Disease (CHD) and Stroke Strategy.
• Patient Focus Patient Involvement (2001)
  Document focusing on a new culture in healthcare.
• Our National Health Delivering Change (2000)
  Outlined the future plan for the NHS in Scotland following devolution to the Scottish Parliament.
