7K Course with Obstacles
Holyrood Park, Edinburgh
Check our Facebook page for all the latest updates!
The RoadBlock Run is a charity fun run with obstacles organised by Chest Heart & Stroke Scotland to raise funds for our vital work. So far the RoadBlock Run and its predecessor Urbanathlon Scotland have raised over £300,000 for Scotland’s Health Charity.
The emphasis is very much on fun rather than ‘run’ – you can walk and jog it too! With obstacles ranging from inflatables to lorries, we can guarantee this is a 7K you won’t forget!
Fancy dress is highly encouraged – the more colourful the better – and prizes will be awarded for the best team fancy dress and best individual fancy dress. In the past people have tackled our colourful obstacles dressed as penguins, bears, ninjas and superheroes. On the spot prizes will also be given out on the day.
You can take part as an individual or grab friends, family or colleagues and take part as a team. Choose which wave colour you want to start in to ensure you’re all together from the start. (More info about waves can be found on the registration page.)
We ask each participant to register by paying £16 and then raise an additional £40 in sponsorship for Chest Heart & Stroke Scotland. Support will be provided to help you raise sponsorship from your friends, family and colleagues – we encourage people to raise as much as they can to support our amazing work.
