Aim
To provide a single point of advice on the acceptability of medicines and to reduce inequalities and variations within NHS Scotland.
Public Role
Identify medicines with which you are familiar a — ‘cardiovascular’ & ‘respiratory’ section. http://www.scottishmedicines.org.uk . Describe how your health condition has affected you and the related advantages/ disadvantages of taking the medicine being considered by the Scottish Medicines Consortium (SMC).
If you are not familiar with medicines due for assessment by SMC, we would still like to hear about the advantages/ disadvantages of medicines you currently take and your treatment preferences.
Purpose
To contribute to valuable Chest, Heart & Stroke Scotland (CHSS) views on the medicines assessed by the SMC for use within NHS Scotland.

- option to comment once or regularly via voicesscotland@chss.org.uk
Requirements
Experience of a relevant health condition and medicine.
Exceptions
- individual views cannot be considered
- CHSS will collate all views sent to voicesscotland@chss.org.uk and offer appropriate feedback on this site.
