Sapphire Tribute Funds

A Chest Heart & Stroke Scotland Sapphire Tribute Fund is a positive and simple way for family and friends to remember a loved one and, in their name, help us to make a difference to Scotland’s health for years to come.

By setting up a Sapphire Tribute Fund in memory of your loved one, you will be creating a lasting way to remember someone special. The fund can provide you, family, friends and colleagues with a way to reflect on your memories, thoughts and feelings.

Once a Sapphire Tribute Fund is set up, anyone can support it in any way they choose. Some people like to donate on special occasions such as on birthdays or anniversaries. Others like to organise personal fundraising activities such as coffee mornings, tea parties, dances or quizzes. For the more adventurous there are physical challenges from walks and runs to marathons and abseils. It’s about what feels right for you.

The decision to set up a Sapphire Tribute Fund is a very personal one and you may have further questions or would like further information. So please don't hesitate to call 0131 225 4800 and ask for Anne Smith, our Sapphire Tribute Funds Co-ordinator, who’s happy to help, or email tributefunds@chss.org.uk

If you've already decided that you'd like to set up a Sapphire Tribute Fund in memory of someone close to you, you can set up a tribute page through Justgiving at www.justgiving.com/chss

If you'd simply like to make a donation now in memory of someone special, you can do so here

Alternatively, by setting up a regular gift you will be helping us in planning our work and committing to our projects to support those affected by chest, heart and stroke illness. You can download our Direct Debit form here. Please let us have the name of your loved one.
