How much do I have to raise?
We ask each participant to raise £95 in sponsorship. We think this is an achievable amount to raise, however it will make a massive difference to those around Scotland affected by Chest, Heart & Stroke illness.
To take part on the day, we will require a £20 deposit, but you'll have pleanty of time to raise the rest of the money in the coming weeks.
To help you make your fundraising as easy as possible, we will provide everything you need, from sponsorship forms to press releases, as well as hints and tips on fundraising.
Our Fundraising team is also always on hand to answer any questions you might have and provide you with help and support.
What others thought
Three teams from a primary school in East Kilbride took part in our challenge and had a blast!
"The day offered something for every lady driver whether her thing was driving the golf buggies slowly and carefully around an obstacle course or driving a fire engine at full speed around a race track! No one was left disappointed as all participants had an adrenalin filled, fun packed day driving a variety of vehicles. An experience to be repeated!!"
L Callaghan, Deputy Headteacher
Safety
The only requirement of the challenge is that you are a female and have a full category B driving licence (i.e. not limited to automatic vehicles). Instructors will help you complete each challenge and ensure your safety at all times.
We aim to maintain the highest level of safety at all of our events for participants and spectators. If you chose to bring spectators to a driving challenge please be aware that they may be asked to wait separately.
How do I get involved?
You can register to take part in the challenge either as an individual or as part of a team (maximum 4 people per team, multiple teams welcome). So if you are in need of some moral support why not rope in some friends or work colleagues to join you.
