Fire walking barefoot

Firewalk - Dundee 26th September

7 pm Castle Green, Broughty Ferry

Girl firewalkingWalking barefoot across a bed of red hot coals - are you up for the challenge? It’s the chance to put mind over matter and step onto the hot coals - typically between 1,200 and 1,500 degrees Fahrenheit.

You're not expected to walk on the fire right away! Lee, our experienced instructor from Soulfire will give a brief presentation about firewalking techniques based on ancient traditions of the art of walking on fire. Before starting the great challenge you'll have a safety briefing and then you'll be completely ready for your journey over the fire with absolutely no pain or injury!

You will first help build the fire you'll walk on before the walk over 3 metres of hot embers in bare feet. You've the chance to walk the path a second time to savour the memory!

Firewalk is the ultimate personal challenge but you don't have to face the fire alone! Gather your work colleagues to bolster your team spirit or your best mates to test your friendship. Bring your partner and walk hand-in-hand across the red embers and make this the experience of your lifetime!

On the day, you will have the help of your instructor throughout the challenge and to ensure your safety at all times. We maintain the highest level of safety at all of our events for participants. Health and safety principles apply for the spectators who came to support and witness your achievement.
