Booking Form and Details

Funding

All courses are free of charge for all health professionals and social services staff within Lothian and Borders. Funding support is also available for stroke related training and education, and can be accessed through senior heads of departments.

Booking courses / study days

Please download booking form and print it off (see Related Documents). This can then either be posted or faxed. Contact details are on the form.

Booking confirmation

Your booking will be confirmed approximately 4 weeks before the course date. At this time you will also receive a copy of the course / study day programme and directions to the venue.

Should the course / study day you have requested be fully subscribed you will be notified at the time of receiving your booking form and be offered alternative dates.

Course / study day times

Courses / study days commence at 9.15am and finish at 4pm unless otherwise stated.

Catering

Tea, coffee and lunch is provided. If you have any specific dietary requirements please detail on your booking form or let us know at least 2 weeks before the course dates.
