Booking Form And Details

Funding

All courses are free of charge for all NHS health professionals and social services staff within Greater Glasgow & Clyde.

Booking courses / study Days

Please download the booking form from Related Documents, print it off, complete it and post / fax it as per the details listed.

Booking confirmation

Your booking will be confirmed approximately 6 weeks before the course date. At this time you will also receive a copy of the course / study day programme and directions to the venue.

Should the course / study day you have requested be fully subscribed you will be notified at the time of us receiving your booking form and be offered alternative dates.

Course / study day times

Courses / study days commence at 9.15am and finish at 4pm unless otherwise stated.

Catering

Tea, coffee and lunch is provided. If you have any specific dietary requirements please detail them on your booking form or let us know at least 2 weeks before the course dates.
