Booking Form and Details
Funding
All courses are free of charge for all health professionals and social services staff within Grampian. Funding support is also available for stroke related training and education, and can be accessed through senior Heads of Departments.
Booking Courses / Study Days:
Please download the booking form see Related Documents) and print it off. This can then either be posted or faxed (details on the form).
Booking Confirmation
Your booking will be confirmed approximately six weeks before the course date. At this time you will also receive a copy of the course / study day programme.
Should the course / study day you have requested be fully subscribed you will be be advised of this and be added to a waiting list.
Course / Study Day Times
Courses / study days commence at 9.15am and finish at 4pm unless otherwise stated.
Catering
Tea, coffee and lunch is provided. If you have any specific dietary requirements please detail on your booking form.
Special Needs
If you have any special needs please detail on your booking form or contact the Stroke Training Co-ordinator.
