Chest Heart & Stroke Scotland (CHSS) affiliated
Groups / Clubs offer ongoing support for those living with stroke illness, their family and friends in local communities.
They are independently run and provide a source of information, signposting, confidence and reassurance and are an invaluable part of learning to live with stroke illness.
- North West: Highland and Western Isles
- North East: Grampian, Perthshire and Tayside
- South East: Fife and Lothian
- Central West: Forth Valley, Lanarkshire, West Lothian and Glasgow
- South West: Dumfries and Galloway, Ayrshire and Arran and old Argyll and Clyde
Affiliation to CHSS offers:
- start up grant
- free liability & loss insurance
- access to free CHSS resources and publications
- access to Annual Information Days
- options to participate with CHSS in events and consultations
- advice and support on fundraising and grant applications
- direct support from CHSS staff
