Kirkcudbright Hale & Hearty Group

We have just celebrated 15 years and still going strong! The group consists mostly of people who have some form of heart disease although we have members suffering from various other illnesses who find that they benefit from both the activities offered as well as the social aspect.

Anyone who comes must have a letter of consent from his or her doctor. Members are welcome to bring their
spouse / partner or a friend.

Each week we do floor exercises – to music – as well as hula-hoop and ball games followed by some relaxation, then a cuppa and a chat.

Our main social events are the summer outing to somewhere of interest and then a Christmas Dinner in the winter. Both are a chance to let your hair down and enjoy each others company!

We meet on Friday evenings from 7pm to 8pm in:
