The above club meets on two nights each week.

Every Tuesday from 7pm to 8.30pm at:

Every Thursday from 7.00pm to 8.30pm at:
Cluden Cardiac Unit
Cluden East
Crichton Hall
Glencaple Road
Dumfries
DG1 4TG

Exercises at the club are as per the Cardiac Support Manual, followed by a social chat with tea or coffee.
