Every Monday (except public holidays) 7pm to 8pm

Every Wednesday 7pm to 9pm

If you have passed through Phase 3 Cardiac Rehabilitation and would like to continue exercising in company, please come along on any of the above nights.

Exercises are similar to those done in Phase 3 Cardiac Rehabilitation.

We also have social events such as:

  • dinners
