Psst ! Heard about Glenrothes Heart Club ?

Have you had a “heart” time recently?
Why not come along for a full programme of phase four rehabilitation maintence, including gentle exercise and relaxation under the guidance of our qualified instructors.

We meet on Thursdays at 6.45pm to 9.00pm. at Lomond Centre, Woodside Way, Glenrothes.

Patients and carers are equally welcome to join in ourprogramme of exercise and relaxation.

There is also a social side to our activities
