Chest Heart and Stroke Scotland (CHSS) affiliated
Groups / Clubs offer ongoing support in the local community for those living with Chest Heart and stroke illness as well as their family and friends.
They are independently run and provide a source of information, signposting, confidence and reassurance and are an invaluable part of learning to live with chest heart or stroke conditions.
Affiliation to CHSS offers:
- start up grant
- free liability & loss insurance
- access to free CHSS resources and publications
- access to Annual Information Days
- options to participate with CHSS in events and consultations
- advice and support on fundraising and grant applications
- direct support from CHSS staff
